  [摘 要] 基础教育集团化办学是我国基础教育制度的改革和创新,目的是深入推进义务教育均衡发展,本质上是学校组织的改进。我国基础教育集团化办学可划分为补差模式、嫁接模式和共生模式,通过“补短板”的资源供给帮扶弱势学校,通过嫁接实现结构调整促进学校共同体发展,最终通过提升协同作用内驱力,形成共生状态,促进义务教育均衡发展,提高办学质量。

          Three Modes of Running Schools by Group in Elementary Education in China

Abstract: Running school by group in elementary education is a kind of reform and innovation in Chinese elementary education system, whose purpose is to further promote the balanced development of compulsory education. Running school by group is an improvement of the school organization by nature. Running school by group in elementary education has experienced compensation mode, grafting mode and symbiotic mode, which embodies the pursuit from a balanced development of elementary education through the allocation of resources, to the individual character difference of each school organization through structure adjustment, and finally to a compromise and symbiotic process between social equality and individual differences.
